4th Infantry Division Badge

Crossed spears with suspended banners and at the intersection of the spears a laurel cross. The banners bear the letters “ΗΕΑ” “ΙΘΣ”, which are the letters of the words “Ι ΕλευθερίΑ” “Ι ΤάνατοΣ”. This emblem is the “attribute” that the leadership of the Friendly Society granted to its members, which is called  "Supplier" and which constituted an encrypted confirmation of their status.
