Conditions of Returns/Exchanges
The company Military Mforce Manolakakis provides the possibility to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Return/exchange will only be accepted upon company approval. The company bears no responsibility for any damages or wear of the products after their use and is under no circumstances obliged to replace them.
In order to return products, you must be in possession of the relevant purchase document proving the transaction (eg Retail Receipt, Sales Invoice/Coke Shipping Note).
In the case of the exchange-return of the products from Greece, Cyprus, the cost of transport is borne by the customer, and it is necessary to contact a representative of the company first.
In the case of the return of the products from the countries of the European Union, the cost of transport is borne by the customer, and it is necessary to contact a representative of the company first.
The company does not guarantee the safety and insurance of products returned through other transport companies.
All the above steps must be completed within 14 calendar days of receipt. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to reject product returns that have not been returned in accordance with these terms.
Exchanges or refunds are based on the purchase price.
For environmental reasons, the company suggests that you use the same packaging that you received your order in and that it is closed only with packaging tape.
Product returns
All returns, regardless of the reason for the return, go through the company's quality control department for further and thorough quality control to accept or reject the return.
In the event that a defect for which the company is not responsible is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company must return the parcel back to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue.
The following can be considered as a defect: products that have been worn, products with wear, stains, odors or alterations.
ITEMS OF CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR
The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and the special markings (tags) have not been removed, i.e. it must be in the original factory packaging.
PACKAGES\PACKAGING
Packages of products (packages containing more than one piece) such as socks, etc., are considered ONE piece. So the package must be unopened and no parts of the package or individual pieces are returned.
For the return of the package from Greece
If you choose the courier company of your choice, the package should be at the sender's charge. In case there is a recipient's charge, our company will refuse to receive the parcel.
Defective products
If the product that has been sent to you is defective, you can contact us by email at mmanolakakis@yahoo.gr or by phone Monday-Friday 09:00-19:00 at 210-3223219 and report the problem to our partners and they are always at your disposal to help you.
All products with an obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced or refunded immediately, with the cost of return being borne entirely by our company. The cost of resending the item to be replaced is borne entirely by our company.
Any other kind of defect arising from the customer and not from the company shall be borne by the customer and not by the company.
Product\size change is only valid for Greece and Cyprus
Return or exchange of a product that is not due to our fault is done at the expense of the customer and only on the condition that the product is in excellent condition, intact in its original packaging, with the proof of retail sale and within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt .
In case you want to change the respective product with another product or size, the costs of return as well as of the new shipment are borne by the customer

Our representative will register a new order with a pending package from you
Sending a parcel to our company with a courier company of your choice or with the company's partners.
If you choose the courier company of your choice, the package should be at the sender's charge. In case there is a recipient's charge, our company will refuse to receive the parcel.
Inspection of the parcel by the quality control department and notification by our representative about acceptance or not of the return.
If the package meets the conditions for change, then we will proceed with sending the new order.
